Order Changes and Cancellations
Please use this form for questions pertaining to existing preorders and cancellations.
Before submitting a request to change or cancel an order, please re-read the online order policy that was agreed to when placing your order. To highlight:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed (by you or by us).
If you need to switch your order date, you can cancel your existing preorder via the form below and resubmit a new order for a different open order slot so long as the request adheres to the cancellation policy. There must be open slots for the new pick-up date. We will refund the original order in accordance with the online order policy.
Because scratch-made donuts require a surprising amount of planning, cancellation requests can be accommodated up to 24 hours in advance of the pick-up time for a refund (minus 5% for third-party credit card and processing fees). Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded. You may wish to check the guidelines before submitting your cancellation request.
